Orders within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail after processing and garment production. As each piece is made to order, please allow 3-7 days for production before dispatch. Once your garment leaves studio maj, you'll receive a tracking number, and delivery takes approximately 3 days. The total waiting time from order to delivery is typically 6-10 days.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

International shipping is available to most countries via Royal Mail or UPS. As each piece is made to order, please allow 3-7 days for production before dispatch. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and delivery typically takes 5-7 days, depending on your location. The full process from order to delivery is usually up to 14 days, though we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or customs processing in your country.

RETURNS

We want you to love your order! If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. Simply ship it back to studio maj and email us the tracking number at martyna@studiomaj.net. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund or exchange right away. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on custom pieces, garments with custom changes, lingerie, or discounted items.
